4. Purpose of the website

This website presents CheckMess, a chess-and-magic game in development for iOS and Android. Release is planned for late September 2026, subject to completion and app store approval. Screenshots and descriptions may change before launch. World concept illustrations are not game screenshots.

The website currently offers no account creation, browser gameplay, purchases or pre-orders. The App Store and Google Play names indicate the intended platforms; they do not mean the game is already available there.

Website and game materials, including text, software, illustrations, screenshots, logos and distinctive marks, are used by Equaviz OÜ under its rights or permissions. Any reuse must comply with applicable rights and stated licences.

The Cinzel font is distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Apple, iOS, App Store, Android and Google Play are trademarks of their respective owners. This website is neither published nor endorsed by Apple or Google.
